It depends on your booking volume. Sniffs charges $5 per confirmed booking with 10 free, no monthly subscription. AgentZap typically charges a monthly fee starting around $99–$149/mo regardless of bookings. If you do fewer than ~20 confirmed bookings/mo through the agent, Sniffs is meaningfully cheaper. At higher volumes, run the math against your average ticket — Sniffs scales linearly while AgentZap is flat.
Does AgentZap have a free trial?
AgentZap typically offers a free trial period; check their site for the current terms. Sniffs.ai doesn't need a trial because the first 10 confirmed bookings are free permanently — you don't pay until the agent has provably worked.
Which one has more integrations?
AgentZap publishes a longer named-integration list including MoeGo, Gingr, PetExec, DaySmart Pet, Pawfinity, Zapier, and Make. Sniffs currently ships native Google Calendar two-way sync and connects to most pet-salon platforms through that calendar layer. Which has better pet-specific intelligence?
Sniffs ships explicit, hard-coded safety and pricing rules: 77 detailed breed profiles, refusal to shave double-coated breeds, brachycephalic heat warnings, doodle pricing logic, behavioral-flag detection (aggression, biting history, anxiety) that blocks auto-quoting. AgentZap markets pet-specific knowledge but its guardrails aren't publicly documented. Test both with the same edge-case prompts (e.g., "shave my Husky" or "my dog has bitten before") and compare.
What channels does each support?
Sniffs supports web chat, SMS, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and voice phone calls — all from one agent with shared memory across channels. AgentZap supports a similar channel mix; check their current feature list for the exact set.
