Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sniffs.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sniffs.ai provides an AI-powered receptionist agent for pet grooming businesses. The Launch 1 Service includes website analysis, AI training, and web chat that is live for Launch 1.

SMS and Instagram DMs are beta channels until production verification is complete. Roadmap or beta channels may require additional setup, platform approval, or separate terms before they are available for your business.

The AI agent may collect pending booking requests. Appointments are confirmed only after they are approved by your business, your connected calendar or booking workflow, or another deterministic confirmation process we provide.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

- Misrepresent your business or services through the AI agent

- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI Agent Limitations

The AI agent is designed to assist with client communication and booking. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, or legal counsel. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information your AI agent provides to clients.

6. Pricing and Payment

Sniffs.ai uses booking-based pricing for launch customers: the first 10 confirmed bookings are free, then $5 per confirmed booking handled through the Service.

A "confirmed booking" means an appointment request that has been accepted or confirmed by your business, your connected calendar or booking workflow, or another deterministic confirmation process we provide. Pending requests, test conversations, spam, rejected requests, cancellations, and messages that do not result in an appointment are not billable confirmed bookings.

Paid usage requires a valid payment method or active billing setup. We may change pricing in the future with advance notice, but pricing changes will not retroactively apply to previously confirmed bookings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, software, and branding, is owned by Sniffs.ai. Your business data and content remain your property. You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing and improving the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sniffs.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost bookings, incorrect pricing quotes, or missed client communications.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
