Sniffs reads your service area from your website or Google Business listing during onboarding. When a customer asks about availability, the agent asks for their zip or address first and only quotes / books if they're within range. If they're out of range, the agent gives a polite "we don't cover that zip yet" without you having to handle it.

Will it book me back-to-back appointments across town?

No. Sniffs respects travel buffers between mobile stops. By default it inserts a 30-minute travel block between bookings; you can configure this per-mile or per-zip. The agent reads your existing Google Calendar and treats your travel blocks as unavailable time.

I take calls while driving — what happens to the ones I miss?
